Simona Georgieva is a seasoned professional in HR and talent acquisition, with extensive experience as a consultant and recruitment partner in the headhunting and executive search industry. She excels in building and managing client-partner relationships, and has a proven track record in talent matching and candidate profiling.
In her previous role as the Quality and Training Lead for Genashtim’s Recruitment Support (RS) outsourcing services, Simona played a pivotal role in establishing the training foundation for new RS hires. She ensured their seamless integration into their roles by developing efficient processes for formatting, profiling, and matching candidate CVs, ultimately optimizing search placements.
Simona holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Macedonia.
Her academic background, combined with her hands-on experience, makes her a valuable leader at SunBridge Talent, dedicated to enhancing recruitment practices and driving success for both clients and candidates in the EMEA region.
